Personal data that we process
Vadum processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you have submitted data to us as one of our clients, partners or as a counterparty. We only process personal data that is relevant and limited to what is strictly necessary to reach the set objectives. Vadum does not use the received personal data for purposes other than why it was collected.
Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:
- Contact information and other personal data of clients, business relations or counterparties,
- Contact information provided during meetings, new business conversations or other events,
- Personal data that has been made available via public sources or that have been sourced from the Chamber of Commerce’s commercial register.
Why we process personal data
Vadum processes personal data to be able to execute the assignments for which our clients enlist our services. Depending on the content of your assignment, your personal data and potentially that of others is processed in order to execute the business objectives defined in our agreement. We also use your personal data to provide you with requested information, to maintain contact, for invoicing and in case of legal obligations such as tax returns.
How long we save personal data
As a rule, we don’t save personal data longer than necessary to achieve the objective of collection or to meet the legal obligations. When the applicable storage period has expired, the data in question will be destroyed or we will request an extension of the storage period.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Vadum does not sell your data to third parties and only provides data when strictly necessary to execute our agreement with you or to meet a legal obligation.
Cookies, or similar technologies, that we use
Vadum only uses technical and functional cookies, and analyses cookies that do not infringe upon your privacy. A cookie is a small copy file that is saved to your computer, tablet or smartphone during your first visit to a website. The cookies that we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and for your ease of use.
Viewing, amending or removing your data
You have the right to view, correct or remove your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your permission for Vadum to process your personal data and you have the right to data portability. That means you can submit a request to us to send you the data we have of yours in a computer file to you or a specified organization. You can send a request to review, amend or remove your personal data or to withdraw your permission or otherwise protest the processing of your personal data to info@vadum-management.com.
We will respond as quickly as possible to your request, but always within four weeks. Vadum would like to inform you that you also have the option to submit a complaint to the national superintendent, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
How we secure personal data
Vadum takes the security of your data seriously and takes fitting measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, undesired publication and unlawful alterations.
