About Vadum

Tom Heintjes (1968) is founder and owner of Vadum Management B.V. After completing his degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Technology Eindhoven, Tom spent more than 10 years within technical services in the oil and gas industry, including at HBG, Vermeer Group, Tebodin and Stork. The following two years he was responsible for Airbus aero structures programs at Stork Fokker.

After completing his MBA at IMD in Lausanne, Tom chose entrepreneurship with a focus on restructuring, business development and consultancy for various (middle to) large companies within the technical services industry and equipment manufacturing. 

Tom has acquired extensive international experience in various roles, including in Australia, China, Taiwan, Singapore, South Korea, the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden and Greece.
